To obtain the status of an order, enter the confirmation number and e-mail address associated with the order and then click Go!.
We will make every effort to process your order within seven days. If you have special requests, just write to Service@Cangles.com, and I will respond immediately. You will receive an e-mail when your package has been shipped. With this information you can also track your order.
All products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Slight imperfections are normal because we create your Cangles jewelry and gfits by hand. No automated processing is used in the creation of each unique Cangles product. They are not warranted against misuse or abuse.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase, in the same condition as we shipped them to you. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 74, Vassar, MI 48768.
As part of our Customer Loyalty program, a $10 credit will be added to your registered account when you've spent $100 in our store. When your total reaches $200, a $20 credit will be added to your account and so on. An e-mail notification will be sent to advise you of the credit award.
