Availability - We work diligently to provide a wide variety of styles of Cangles bangles, eco cuffs & earrings for you to choose from. The materials for creating each design in our Web store are in our facility. As soon as we receive your order, we will handcraft the bracelet into its final form as quickly as production allows. We will e-mail you with an expected ship date and then the actual ship date.

Return Policy - Cangles descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with your handmade bracelet, within 30 days e-mail me at CustomerService@cangles.com, Attention: Returns. We will respond with detailed instructions for sending your item(s) back to us. Before we ship anything to you, we carefully inspect it to make sure it is in good condition and free from defects. Cangles are truly made from hand. We use no advanced tooling, so you will see slight imperfections, as is common in all hand-crafted products. If your returned item is in the same condition as it was sent to you, we will gladly make an exchange for another design in the same price group. If you choose a different-priced style(s), a credit or debit will be made to your credit card. We want you to love your one-of-a-kind Cangle!
