Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at CanglesStore.com?
A: Yes. We have a completely secure merchant account system in PayPal. Click on the PayPal.com link and go to their Security Center for a complete description of the technological measures they take to ensure the safety of your financial information.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, bank debit cards, checks or money orders, and PayPal via secure checkout. If you'd like to send a check or money order, as soon as we receive it and the instrument clears, we will promptly ship your Cangles order to you, along with an e-mail advising you that your package is on its way.
Q. Do you have a store where I can shop in person?
A. Yes. You may purchase Cangles eco bracelets at C & S Jewelers, 125 E Huron Ave, Vassar, Michigan. Their phone number is 989-823-3400. Also some of our Cangles products are available in Harrison Township at MI Natural, Inc., a Michigan-based company specializing in beeswax candles and additional earth-friendly goods. Q: How will products be shipped?
A: Your order can be shipped either by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail or, upon request, UPS. In addition, we'll provide you with the documentation in an e-mail to track your order.
Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: Shipping is based on the weight of your order. Since Cangles eco bracelets are lightweight, the calculated shipping charges are only $2.70 to anywhere in the United States via First Class Mail. Canadian customers may expect to pay around $3.10 for their package to arrive safely.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we offer International First Class Mail. A reasonable $3.96 to most countries, including Russia, Australia, Netherlands, Germany, etc.
Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my Cangles order?
A: We will make every effort to process your order within seven days. If you have special requests, just write to CustomerService@Cangles.com, and I will respond immediately. You will receive an e-mail when your package has been shipped. With this information you can also track your order.
Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?
A: All products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Slight imperfections are normal because we create your Cangles eco bracelets by hand. No automated processing is used in the creation of each unique Cangles eco bracelet. They are not warranted against misuse or abuse.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase, in the same condition as we shipped them to you.
